Business & Practice Manager – Private Cosmetic Dental Group
Due to rapid expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast-growing, high-end private dental group in Essex.
We are seeking an ambitious, commercially driven Business & Practice Manager to support the continued growth of our established cosmetic and specialist practice, alongside a growing second site.
This is a leadership-focused role within a modern private dental environment. You will be supported by an experienced on-site Practice Manager handling day-to-day operations, allowing you to focus on growth, team performance, patient experience and business development.
The Role
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team

- Previous management experience within dentistry preferred
