Residential Property Solicitor or CILEX or CLC Licensed Conveyancer

I am currently working with a well-established, fast-growing firm to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Property Solicitor to join their expanding team.
They are known for a busy, process-driven environment, strong referral networks, and clear expectations around performance and fee income, alongside a supportive and structured working culture.
The Role
You will manage a full and varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, working in a fast-paced environment where you will be expected to hit the ground running.
This is a target-driven role within a high-volume team, where efficiency, accuracy, and client service are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload end-to-end
- Handling sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters
- Working on shared ownership, right to buy and lease extensions
- Managing New Build transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and other solicitors
- Title checking, raising and responding to enquiries
- Managing cases through to post-completion
- Building and maintaining introducer/referrer relationships
- Working to agreed fee income and performance targets
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer (or equivalent experience managing your own caseload)
- Strong technical knowledge across all residential property matters
- Experience in high-volume conveyancing environments
- Comfortable working to targets and deadlines
- Strong IT skills and experience with case management systems
- Commercially aware and confident dealing with estate agents and introducers
- Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
