The Supply Room is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Youth Mentors to work in one of our client schools in Wandsworth, supporting pupils aged 4–16 years in an all-through setting. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build a long-term career in education, with opportunities to secure a permanent role through fixed-term or 16-week temporary-to-permanent contracts.
You'll support students in the classroom through one-to-one and small-group interventions, helping them develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning. You'll also work with pupils with SEND, providing tailored support to meet their academic, social and emotional needs.
This role is ideal for support and care workers, tutors, sports coaches, psychology graduates, or anyone with experience in Childcare, Education or Health & Social Care and a passion for supporting children of all abilities.
We're looking for:
- Experience, training, qualifications or knowledge in Childcare, Education, or Health & Social Care
- Full-time availability
- Excellent punctuality and reliability
- A genuine interest in a long-term career in education
Immediate starts also available. Notice periods of one week or less will be considered.
