Overview
Marilyn Super Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaning professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various premises, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in janitorial services, hotel cleaning, or commercial cleaning to utilise their skills in a dynamic setting. Prior experience in customer service or cooking is considered a plus, as it enhances the ability to deliver exceptional service and attention to detail.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial, hotel, or residential spaces according to established standards
- Ensure all areas are sanitised, including bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times during cleaning tasks
- Assist with organising supplies and restocking as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning environments
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Experience in cooking or customer service is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely and responsibly
- Flexibility to adapt to different cleaning environments and client needs
