We're part of Hubaco Ltd, an Employee Ownership Trust, which means our people genuinely have a stake in what we do.
The Role
We're looking for an organised, detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you'll sit at the heart of our order management operation — ensuring B2B orders are processed accurately, customers are kept informed, and the Sales and Warehouse teams have the support they need to deliver.
This is a hands-on, varied role that suits someone who takes pride in getting things right, communicates confidently, and can manage competing priorities without losing focus.
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6 hours per day - flexibility negotiable.
What You'll Be Doing
- Processing B2B orders received via forward orders, email, and telephone
- Sending accurate Sales Order Acknowledgements to customers in a timely manner
- Managing system pricing and seasonal updates
- Maintaining the EAN code database and creating/managing SKUs
- Controlling pick-feeds for warehouse operatives
- Managing inventory in third-party fulfilment systems
- Processing returns, invoicing, and credit requests
- Supporting order amendments and call-offs to ensure quantities and values are transmitted correctly
- Creating new customer accounts in our Opera system
- Acting as a communication bridge between Sales, Customer Services, and Warehouse
What We're Looking For
- 2 years' experience in order processing or sales administration (desirable)
- Confident working with Microsoft Office and comfortable picking up internal systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- A clear, professional communicator — written and verbal
- Someone who's conscientious, proactive, and committed to doing things properly
- GCSE-level education or equivalent
What We Offer
- A friendly, stable team environment within a thriving EOT business
- Flexible part-time hours
- The opportunity to work with a well-regarded brand in the outdoor industry
- A role with real variety and genuine ownership of your workload
Please note, we are not engaging recruitment agencies for this role.
