In this role, you’ll be trusted to support high-quality care, ensuring patients feel safe, respected and supported throughout their rehabilitation.
You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team in a residential rehabilitation setting, helping people recover and maintain independence. You’ll also guide and support Health Care Assistants, helping to create a caring, well-organised service that puts patients first.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver person-centered care based on individual care plans
- Lead and support a team of Health Care Assistants day to day
- Help manage admissions, discharges and care planning processes
- Monitor care quality, records and medication management
- Support safe, effective running of the service, including staff coordination
What we’re looking for:
- A Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification or similar experience
- Experience supporting patients and working in a team environment
- Confidence in leading others and organising daily care tasks
- Good communication skills with patients, carers and colleagues
- A flexible approach to shifts, including weekends and nights
You’ll receive support with ongoing training, development and supervision to grow in your role.
