We are seeking friendly and professional Waitress/Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and seat them appropriately
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system
- Serve beverages and meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of service
- Ensure tables are cleared and reset promptly for new guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining and bar areas throughout your shift
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar or dining area as required
- Provide friendly advice on menu options and specials to enhance customer experience
- Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 18 years old due to licensing regulations
