Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm Monday – Friday (Overtime available 2pm- 4pm daily and 6:00am – 12:00noon Saturday)
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 (OTE £55,000)

Who are we?

Job Duties:
· Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery
· Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
· Diagnose and repair mechanical and basic electrical faults
· Maintain and service a range of production and heavy plant equipment
· Complete routine checks and component replacements
· Ensure machinery is operating safely and efficiently
· Follow and update maintenance schedules and records
· Work closely with production teams to keep operations running smoothly
· Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
What we are looking for:
· Strong mechanical engineering background (essential)
· Basic electrical knowledge
· Experience working with production machinery or heavy plant equipment
· Ability to fault-find and resolve issues efficiently
· Experience within PPM and reactive maintenance environments
· Hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to get stuck in
· Calm under pressure with good problem-solving skills
· Team player who can also work independently when required
· Hardworking, reliable and flexible attitude
· Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
