Job Title: Adult Support worker/Personal Assistant
Hours per week: To cover annual leave and sickness if required, as and when needed, up to 90 hours per year.
Location: Old Colwyn, Conwy
Rate of pay: £13.45 per hour
About me:
I am an adult female who requires support with daily living tasks due to having Multiple Sclerosis. I need support within my home to remain independent with general household tasks, general admin and meal preparation, to be taken out and about in the community to appointments and activities, to do my shopping and transport me to and from my Buddhist centre, you do not need to be Buddhist to apply for this role.
Task and duties, to include any or all the following:
To ensure that due consideration is given to Health & Safety at all times.
Light housework
Prepare meals, food hygiene e-learning course will need to be completed before starting, this will be fully funded.
Accompany to social events and activities
Accompany when shopping and to appointments, i.e. doctors etc.
Any other duty commensurate within the scope of the role of Personal Assistant
Support with IT work and paperwork
Any other duties not mentioned but that fall within the scope of this role should be discussed and then mutually agreed.
Undertake any further training, as mutually agreed.

Hold a full driving licence & have access to a vehicle. Should you be required to use your own vehicle for work purposes, you would be required to prove evidence of insurance for business cover.
Have basic IT literacy.
The role is dependent upon a DBS and 2 references.
