Market leading residential specialist seek a senior project manager in London to deliver a variety of schemes from BTR and affordable through to high-end private sale.
Working under a director, you will have responsibility for providing PM/EA/CA services through all project stages on new build and refurbishment projects circa £10-80m.
Ideally, you will be a chartered project management professional (or working towards this) with experience in leading/or assisting in the delivery of construction projects within the private or public sector. A passion for the residential sector is essential. LG231
