Brightlight Support Ltd is looking for caring, reliable and motivated Part-Time Support Workers to join our team supporting young people aged 16–17 in our supported accommodation services.
About the Role
You will work alongside young people to help them develop independence, life skills, confidence and emotional wellbeing in a safe and supportive environment.

- Sleep-In Shifts
- Waking Night Shifts
- Weekend Shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical and emotional support to young people.
- Promote independence and life skills development.
- Support young people to access education, training and employment.
- Maintain accurate records and daily reports.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people.
- Work as part of a professional and supportive team.
What We Are Looking For
- A caring, professional and positive attitude.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in support work, social care or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
- Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
