We are recruiting a Chef de Partie for a highly regarded coastal inn in Devon, offering an excellent opportunity to join a talented brigade within a quality-driven kitchen pushing towards a second AA Rosette.

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section within a busy and professional kitchen, working alongside a passionate team committed to delivering consistently high standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a chef with previous Rosette experience who is looking to continue developing their skills within a fresh food environment where attention to detail and quality are paramount.
As Chef de Partie you will:
- Run your own section during preparation and service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Work with fresh fish, meat, and seasonal produce daily
- Assist with fish preparation, butchery, and other fresh food preparation
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen organisation
- Support junior members of the brigade where required
- Ensure consistency and attention to detail throughout service
- Work closely with the senior team to maintain and improve standards
The ideal candidate will have experience within a minimum 1AA Rosette kitchen and possess a genuine passion for fresh food and high-quality ingredients.
Due to the property's location, candidates will ideally be able to drive.
