About the Role
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team on a busy construction site in the New Forest area. This is a hands-on role supporting site operations, ensuring materials are moved safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a forklift to move materials around the construction site
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Assisting trades and site management with material distribution
- Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
- Following all site health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Forklift Licence (CPCS or NPORS – essential)
- Previous experience operating a forklift on a construction site
- Must have full PPE (hard hat, hi-vis vest, safety boots)
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
