Overview
We're looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our busy, food-led pub on the stunning North Norfolk coast.
As the face of the business, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the pub, leading a great team, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and ensuring everything operates smoothly behind the scenes.
You'll be a natural people person with previous management experience in a similar hospitality environment, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and develop your team. Responsibilities
- Leading from the front and creating a positive, motivated team culture.
- Delivering outstanding guest experiences and maintaining high standards throughout the pub.
- Managing and developing your team through recruitment, training and ongoing support.
- Driving sales and profitability while keeping a close eye on costs.
- Overseeing rotas, stock, administration and all aspects of the day-to-day operation.
- Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure a consistently great food and drink offer.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, health and safety, and company procedures.
- Spotting opportunities to improve performance and helping the business continue to grow.
- Building strong relationships with regulars, visitors, suppliers and the wider community.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
