Bodyshop Administrator / Automotive Customer Service Advisor

As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor / Administrator, you’ll play a key role as the first point of contact for customers — ensuring they receive a first-class experience from start to finish.
As an Automotive Service Advisor / Bodyshop Administrator your role will include:
· Handle calls from customers who have their vehicle booked in for repair with the centre
· Deal with customers coming into site and ensure their needs are identified and met
· Deal with all administration regarding all customer claims and documentation
· Ensure customer awareness of all products and services available
· Approach all customers and assist with requests, including requests regarding vehicle repairs
· Prepare job packs
· Update Autoflow bodyshop management system as required
· Handle dissatisfied customers calmly and all customer complaints to be brought to the attention of the Bodyshop Manager
· Initiate job documentation and maintain customer records and follow-up systems
Experience Required: Automotive Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Administrator
· You must have an excellent customer focused service background and Ideally you will have worked in an automotive / Bodyshop / Accident repair centre or Dealership in a customer focused role
· You will have an excellent telephone manner and go above and beyond for all customers
