Role: Wedding and Events Manager
Hours: 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as required
Location: Lewes
Pay: £40,000 – £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Wedding & Events Manager to join one of our longstanding clients, an exciting and unique wedding and events venue.

The Requirements:
· Proven experience in wedding, events, hospitality or venue management.
· Strong sales, planning and organisational skills.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
· A keen eye for detail and venue presentation.
· Ability to lead events calmly and professionally under pressure.
· Genuine passion for creating memorable experiences for clients and guests.
The Role:
· Generate and convert wedding and event enquiries to maximise venue occupancy and revenue.
· Conduct venue tours and consultations, preparing bespoke proposals and securing bookings.
· Manage all aspects of weddings and events from booking through to completion.
· Coordinate timelines, logistics, suppliers, accommodation and guest requirements.
· Act as the lead on event days, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer service.
· Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, suppliers and industry partners.
· Monitor sales performance, event delivery and guest feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement.
