HGV Class 1 Trunk Driver

Pay: Starting from £18.25 per hour

Job Description
We are recruiting experienced Class 1 Trunk Drivers for long‑term, stable work running out of both Eastleigh and Bournemouth depots. This role offers clean, simple trunking work with consistent start times and reliable shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Depot‑to‑depot trunking
- Runs to major distribution centres
- Routes to major shipping hubs
- Nights: mainly trunking
- Days: typically 1–3 drops (still mostly depot‑to‑depot)
- No handball required
- Completing vehicle checks and maintaining compliance
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- CPC & Digital Tachograph
- Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience
- Some areas may accept 3 months
- Reliable, professional and confident with trunking work
