AV Provisioning Engineer Company Overview:

AV Provisioning Engineer Role and Responsibilities:
Provisioning and configuring AV and collaboration systems including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms
Setting up and configuring hardware such as cameras, microphones, soundbars, room controllers and displays
Carrying out network and device configuration including IP addressing, device naming and firmware updates
Testing systems to ensure functionality, performance and reliability before deployment
Producing and maintaining accurate technical documentation including system records and configuration details
Supporting commissioning activities and ensuring systems are ready for smooth handover
Working closely with internal teams including installation, design, programming and project management
Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during setup and preparation stages
AV Provisioning Engineer Skills and Experience:
Good working knowledge of PC hardware and general IT principles
Strong interest in AV technologies, collaboration systems and networking
Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing and DHCP
A methodical and detail-focused approach to technical work
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work through technical challenges
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills when working with colleagues and customers
Willingness to learn and develop within the AV and technology space
Full UK driving licence required
