Pay: £12.71 per hour (paid weekly)
Hours: 39 per week
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 3:00pm
We’re currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Crew Member to join a busy site producing paving materials. This is a hands-on role working with concrete, so it suits someone who doesn’t mind getting stuck in and working in a practical environment.
The role involves both indoor and outdoor work, and conditions can be dusty or dirty at times, full protective equipment is provided.
Please note: Due to the location, you will need your own transport.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the production of paving products on-site
- Keeping the production process running efficiently
- Working alongside the Team Leader and other operatives
- Carrying out general site upkeep and basic equipment checks
- Assisting with movement of materials across the site
- Helping spot any faults or issues before they become problems
Day-to-day tasks include
- Following instructions to complete tasks safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Cleaning machinery and workspaces using appropriate tools
- Reporting any issues or delays to the Team Leader
- Completing assigned tasks and moving on to the next as directed
- Assisting with routine site checks and maintenance duties

- Willing to learn and take on new tasks
Requirements
- Own transport (car or motorbike) is essential
- Previous experience in construction or manufacturing is helpful but not required
