The Lodge, Duxford is a progressive, busy hotel renowned for exceptional guest satisfaction.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced full time receptionist to join our friendly front of house team.
Responsibilities:
- The checking in and out of guests.
- Switchboard operations.
- Reservations, confirmations, amendments, cancellations and data input.
- Handling/checking meeting room bookings and general support with the Events team.
- Posting and balancing charges.
- Daily banking.
- Co-ordinating guests' requests with other departments.
- Ensuring the standards of Customer Care, friendliness and politeness are met.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable
- Teamwork-oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time, permanent position working 5 days on a rota basis which may include some evenings and weekends. There are overtime opportunities available dependent on business levels.
