We are seeking Senior Support Workers to support our service users in their own property in Dudley.
Drivers are Essential for this role.
Complesso offers a competitive salary of £13.71 per hour and we're seeking dedicated candidates to provide support to a service user living with a Acquired brain injury.
Hours: 45 hours contract available- must be able to work 15 hour shifts. The shifts pattern is from at 07:30am to 22:30pm
You will be required to work alternative weekends

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals within their own homes.
- Supporting a service user with Acquired Brain Injury.
- Support with aspects of personal care, medication needs, meal prep and any manual handling
- Support with life skills, social activities and medical appointments
- As a senior you will be expected to support your support users in a person centred approach.
- Complete audits and supporting your line manager to complete daily paperwork.
- Resolving conflict / disagreements - Seniors to discourage any conflict or disagreements between staff and service users.
- Rota’s – To overview and support Care Co-ordinators to cover shifts.
- Reporting any updates/ concerns in a timely manner
- Supporting new ways of working or documentation to ensure Complesso are raising the bar from good to outstanding
- Uphold and follow policies and procedures for the business at all times
- Personal Care - To ensure all service users/staff are tending to or being supported to complete their daily personal care in accordance with their individual care plans, any risk assessments and cultural or religious beliefs.
- Life Skills -To ensure that the staff are promoting and encouraging service user’s life skills. – life, social & relationships and educational/ work placements.
- Development - Opportunity to progress to Team Leader role within the company
Required from you:
- Right to work in the UK (required) without needing sponsorship
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence and Vehicle- Essential
- Ability to pass a background check
- Be strong willed and passionate
- Experience required
- A passion for supporting individuals
- Flexibility working hours and be able to work weekends
