The Role
We are seeking a therapist who is confident in their craft and genuinely loves making clients feel their absolute best. You will be responsible for delivering a wide range of high-quality treatments while maintaining the smooth, day-to-day presentation of the salon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments to a high professional standard, including:
- Nails (Manicures, pedicures, gel polish)
- Waxing and tinting
- Facials and skincare treatments
- Provide personalized consultations to clients, advising them on the best treatments and home-care routines.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Actively promote and retail salon products.
- Ensure treatment rooms and communal areas are kept immaculately clean, hygienic, and well-stocked.
About You
You are a reliable professional with a warm personality and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in a salon environment and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: A minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent recognized qualification).
- Experience: Salon experience is preferred, but talented newly qualified therapists are welcome to apply.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including Saturdays and evenings.
