Behaviour Mentor – 1:1 Support - Lambeth
Create Education are looking to speak with enthusiastic and experienced Behaviour Mentors for some exciting opportunities working with SEN students in an OFSTED Rated Outstanding Secondary School in the London Borough of Lambeth.
The schools are truly outstanding primary schools in Lambeth that caters for and works with KS3 and KS4 students between with mixed learning levels and has a fantastic provision for SEN students. The successful Behaviour Mentor would ideally be experienced with or willing to work with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and other kinds of challenging behaviour. The role will be working 1:1 with students who need extra support throughout the day. Both roles will have a sensory and speech and language aspect, as both students are nonverbal. Experience with challenging behaviour and ASD is preferred in this role, as the students are known to be challenging.
The role is a long-term role and the school are well known for offering amazing opportunities for staff who impress. There is also a chance that these roles can go permanent after a successful long term temporary contract period.
