As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play an important role in helping pupils build confidence, develop independence, and engage positively in the classroom. Support may be provided on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the needs of the school.
We’re keen to hear from candidates who:
- Have at least 6 months’ experience working with children with SEN or within a similar support-based role
- Are patient, encouraging, and reliable
- Enjoy building positive relationships with children and young people
- Can work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Are passionate about making a difference in education
Experience in education, SEN support, care, youth work, nursery settings, or support work is highly desirable.
- Supporting pupils within the classroom
- Encouraging engagement and participation in lessons
- Assisting with social and emotional development
- Helping pupils work towards individual learning targets
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Location: Lutterworth and surrounding areas
Hours: Full-time / Part-time opportunities available
Pay: £93.63 – £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
