- Saturday: 10:00am – 5:00pm

All Things Tennis is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Retail & Racket Stringing Specialist to join our growing team at ATT Wimbledon, our flagship tennis and padel store located in the heart of Southfields, just moments from the All England Club.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading specialist racket sports retailers in a premium retail environment focused on delivering the very best customer experience in tennis and padel.
The role
We are looking for someone with strong racket stringing experience who takes genuine pride in their work, presentation, and attention to detail. This is a customer-facing role where professionalism, organisation, and maintaining immaculate store standards are just as important as technical stringing ability.
You will be working with some of the latest products in the game across tennis and padel, assisting customers of all playing levels with product advice, racket setups, and premium service.
Key responsibilities
- Professionally string tennis and padel rackets to a high standard
- Deliver outstanding customer service and expert product advice
- Maintain immaculate store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- Carry out regular tidying and cleaning throughout the store to ensure the shop always looks premium and presentable
- Ensure the racket stringing area remains clean, organised, and professional at all times
- Assist with stock transfers and replenishment from our central warehouse
- Accurately organise and merchandise incoming stock deliveries within the store
- Assist customers with racket, footwear, apparel, and accessory recommendations
- Support the day-to-day running of a premium flagship retail environment
- Develop strong product knowledge across leading tennis and padel brands
About you
- Strong racket stringing experience is essential
- A genuine passion for tennis and/or padel
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Friendly, professional, and confident with customers
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Retail experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate
