The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a seamless and client-focused conveyancing service, managing a varied caseload from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing a broad range of residential conveyancing matters independently
- Handling Freehold, Leasehold, Unregistered, New Build, and Shared Ownership transactions
- Managing both sales and purchases from start to finish
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, introducers, and work providers
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer service throughout the transaction process
- Attending regional meetings with key referral partners and stakeholders
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department
About You
- Qualified Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience
- Strong technical knowledge across a variety of residential conveyancing transactions
- Confident managing a full caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Organised, efficient, and capable of managing competing priorities
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
