Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts and renewals
- Develop customised proposals tailored to client needs, demonstrating product benefits effectively
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales follow-up
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in B2B sales environments with a track record of achieving targets
