Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our Pub. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise team members to achieve departmental goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Organise daily schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor team performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage sales targets, implement merchandising strategies, and optimise product placement to maximise revenue.
- Provide training and mentorship to staff, fostering professional development and team cohesion.
- Communicate effectively with team members through excellent phone etiquette and organisational skills.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring positive resolution and satisfaction.
