Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Evening Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial premises during evening hours. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, washrooms, corridors, and communal spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Empty bins and dispose of waste responsibly
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, replenishing supplies as needed
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure working environment
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently
- Good organisational skills to manage tasks within allocated timeframes
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as vacuums, buffers, or polishers is advantageous
- Reliable with a professional attitude and good communication skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices
