Salary:
Base Salary £13.10 - £14.40per hour (dependent on level of qualification) this equates to approximately £25545- £280per year
Plus Sleep Rate: £6000 per year (£55.00 per sleep)
Overtime Rate: £15.50per hour
General Rota Pattern - 2 days on 4 days off on a rolling rota ( provides great work life balance )
5.6 weeks Annual leave

The Role:
As a Residential Support Worker you will become an essential part of a child’s life by delivering support that is focused on all aspects of their health, wellbeing, education, independence, and development.

- Enthusiasm & Resilience: You're eager to make a difference and handle challenges with positivity.
- Qualifications: Happy to work towards (or already hold) a Level 4 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
Experience of a similar role would be beneficial; however, it is not essential because we pride ourselves on facilitating a bespoke learning and development programme that encourages career progression within our organisation and the childcare profession.
The successful applicant must hold a full and valid UK Driving License and be willing to add business insurance to their car insurance policy,
