Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our fast food restaurant in Camden and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Take full responsibility for running the fast food business efficiently
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a high-performing team
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure proper storage and ordering of food supplies
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness in line with UK food safety regulations
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and supplier communications professionally
- Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and stock control
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain an attractive, clean, and well-organised restaurant environment
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages customer loyalty and repeat visits
- Use strong organisational skills to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency
Experience
- Proven management experience within a fast food, restaurant, or similar customer-facing environment
- Strong team leadership and supervisory experience
- Experience in running daily restaurant operations independently
- Solid background in sales management, stock control, and administrative duties
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations (UK) is essential
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customers
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Previous experience in restaurant or fast food management is highly advantageous
