Class 1 Driver required for busy family run wholesale butchers based at Portsmouth and our abattoir in Swindon. If you have a friendly upbeat personality, and fancy an active job this may be for you.
Daily duties to include:
- Loading of vehicles
- Driving various vehicles, from vans to 26T, delivering meat along the south coast.
- Unloading and carrying boxes and carcasses into our customers shops.
- Keeping good records / paperwork.
You need to be: Reliable, punctual, organised, friendly and ready to work.
Standard hours are Mon - Friday 8am - 4pm, (36hrs) with some overtime required (at T+25%). There will be some early starts from 4am onwards, paid at the overtime rate. Average 42-50 hours a week.
