Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Negotiator. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.
Duties:
- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and client interactions
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets
Experience:
- Experience in Estate Agency is essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Full clean Driving Licence is required
Hours:
- 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday
-Every other Saturday (Day off in the week)
