We are currently looking for Bank Staff to provide holiday and sickness cover within our OFSTED outstanding early years therapy centre.
Role: Behaviour Therapist (Self-Employed Bank Staff)
Location: The Ark Centre, Chelmsford CM1 4NH
Pay: £13 per hour
Hours Available: Flexible
- AM Shift: 09:00 – 12:00
- PM Shift: 13:00 – 16:00
- Full Day Shift: 09:00 – 16:00
This role involves supporting pre-school children with developmental delays/ autism through 1:1 therapy sessions in our purpose-built therapy centre. Full training will be provided by our in-house team, including Board Certified Behaviour Analysts, an Occupational Therapist, Play Therapist, and a Speech and Language Therapist.
The position offers excellent hands-on experience in:
- Early years education
- Autism and SEN support
- Behaviour therapy
- Child psychology and development
- Therapeutic and multidisciplinary working
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic and caring individuals who enjoy working with children and are keen to gain meaningful experience in a rewarding setting.
The work is offered on a flexible basis. We will contact staff with available shifts, and they can choose which sessions they would like to cover. There are approximately 80 days per year requiring holiday cover, alongside additional sickness cover opportunities.
