7As we continue to grow, Care is Central is seeking a Team Leader to join our residential care home, Marigold House in Leighton Buzzard.
Marigold House is a purpose-built 63-bed home and one of only two in the UK designed to Passivhaus standards, offering an energy-efficient, sustainable environment alongside outstanding care.
We are looking for positive, proactive leaders to manage day-to-day care delivery, supporting frontline teams and Senior Carers to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

Main Duties:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring safe, smooth running of the home
- Lead and support senior care staff, ensuring CQC compliance and high standards
- Promote person-centred care that respects dignity, independence, and choice
- Support safeguarding processes and report concerns in a timely manner
- Manage rotas to ensure effective staffing and minimise agency use
- Identify and manage risks to residents’ safety and wellbeing
- Support residents’ physical and mental health needs, ensuring access to care
- Ensure safe medication management in line with policy and best practice
- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and supervision
- Maintain accurate records using digital systems
What We Need From You:
- Passion for care and our values
- At least 1 year’s leadership experience in a care setting
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Caring, positive attitude and team spirit
- Willingness to complete an Enhanced DBS (paid by us)
