As a Digital Marketing and Administration Assistant with Rushcliffe Care Group, you will support the organisation’s digital presence, website content, social media activity and positive service promotion. Your role will help ensure that public-facing information is accurate, professional and up to date, while helping to share positive stories from across our services.
About Rushcliffe Care Group
You will be joining Rushcliffe Care, a company with over 35 years of experience in offering the highest levels of care to our most vulnerable in society. Across our services, we support people to live safer, more fulfilling lives, with dignity, choice, and consistency at the centre of everything we do.
Our work is guided by clear values. These are not slogans. They shape how we treat people, how we work together, and what we expect from each other.
We employ over 1,300 staff across our network of care homes, independent hospitals, and specialist support services. Our portfolio includes mental health rehabilitation hospitals, nursing and dementia care homes, services for people with learning disabilities, and a neuro-rehabilitation unit for people recovering from brain injury. We also operate a specialist independent school for children and young people with autism.
Our Head Office in Loughborough supports the administrative, governance, recruitment, operational and support functions for all services across the Group.
About the Role
As Digital Marketing and Administration Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the organisation with their website, social media activity, digital administration and positive service promotion.

You will help maintain the company website, prepare approved social media content, support service promotion, maintain image libraries and keep digital records organised. You will need to be confident using computers, digital systems and social media platforms, with good attention to detail and the ability to follow agreed guidance.

- Monitoring basic social media engagement, such as reach, likes, shares, comments and common questions.
- Escalating any negative, sensitive, inappropriate or high-risk online content.
- Ensuring consent, confidentiality and professional boundaries are maintained at all times.
- Ensuring all public-facing content is accurate, appropriate, respectful and aligned with Rushcliffe Care Group’s standards.
