Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grab Driver to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for operating tractors and other heavy machinery to assist in waste and organic material. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations and the ability to perform tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
- Operating a Grab / Material Handler and related equipment for tasks such as digging, ploughing, and transporting materials.
- Loading and moving organic materials around site
- Feeding machinery and maintaining workflow in the department
- Carrying out daily machine checks
- Following all health & safety procedures on site
- Supporting general yard and operational activities when required
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
- Proficiency in digging techniques and the operation of various attachments for tractors.
- Valid commercial driving licence is preferred for operating larger vehicles or transporting machinery.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety practices.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Shifts: Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday , Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
Time: 06.00am - 18.00pm
Job Type: Temp to perm
