Care Assistant – £14-16 per hour
Locations: ESSEX - Witham, Chelmsford, Wickford, Basildon
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours) or Part-time (20 hours) | Flexible shifts - Hours are guaranteed

What we're looking for:
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- 6 to 12 months' experience in a care setting
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A genuine, compassionate approach
- Awareness of safeguarding and confidentiality
- Physically able to carry out care duties
- Reliability
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and administering medication
- Supporting with daily tasks such as shopping and meal preparation
- Assisting with mobility, including the use of hoists
- Supporting continence care and the use of medical aids
- Helping with respiratory support (e.g., nebulisers, inhalers)
