The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, capable person with experience in the trades (roofing, construction, landscaping, plumbing, carpentry, ex-army, etc.) who wants to learn specialist exterior cleaning.
Exterior cleaning experience isn’t required.
If you’re practical, reliable, and used to physical, outdoor work – we’ll teach you everything else.
You’ll be working across Surrey on a wide range of projects, helping us deliver high-quality results that clients remember.
Key Responsibilities
- Pressure washing and treating roofs, cleaning gutters, soffits, fascias & renders (full training provided).
- Patio and driveway restoration.
- Working safely and confidently at height on 2–3 storey homes.
- Setting up and dismantling access and cleaning equipment (scaffold towers, poles, etc.).
- Looking after vans, tools, and kit.
- Communicating politely and professionally with clients and neighbours.
- Being the face of Brolly’s – professional, customer-focused, and reliable.
- Helping capture photos and videos for our social media.
- Supporting your teammates as we grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the trades or similar hands-on work (not an entry-level role)
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all UK weather
- Confident working at height (scaffold towers, harnesses, etc.)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Based in or near Surrey
- Comfortable being on camera (or at least open to it!)
Pay & Benefits
£30,000 - £33,000 per year (depending on experience)
Bonuses for: Jobs completed on time to Brolly’s level of excellence & Five-star client reviews
Hours will depend a lot on time of year and sunlight available but typically on site from 8am - 4pm
