Business Development Manager
We are a product-focused tech company building analytical solutions based on open data. Our products help businesses assess counterparties, reduce risk, prevent fraud, and build trusted partnerships.
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to support our international growth by developing partnerships and expanding our client base across the UK, Europe, and other global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new strategic and tactical partners in the UK and international markets
- Lead negotiations and manage partnerships from initial contact to long-term collaboration
- Develop and execute partnership and business development strategies aligned with company growth goals
- Manage partner performance, ensuring agreed targets are met (sales, leads, revenue)
- Deliver presentations, training sessions, and consultations for partners (primarily in English; Ukrainian as needed)
- Represent the company at industry events and external meetings
- Manage business development initiatives end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive trends
- Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports
- Occasional business travel may be required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or a similar role
- Proven experience managing complex partner relationships and commercial projects
- Experience expanding tech or SaaS products into international markets
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, ideally in SaaS or product-led tech companies
- Excellent verbal and written English (fluent level required)
- Experience working in a product-focused tech company
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: £24,420.00-£70,000.00 per year
