Your Role
As Head of Investments, you will oversee investment strategy, capital raising initiatives, investor relations, and overall portfolio performance.
You will lead and mentor the investment team, identify new growth opportunities, strengthen investor confidence, and drive revenue generation across the business.
This role is ideal for a commercially astute leader with strong market knowledge, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record within investments or financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the investment division and sales teams
Develop and execute investment and growth strategies
Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors
Drive capital raising and revenue growth initiatives
Oversee investment opportunities, market analysis, and portfolio performance
Mentor and develop high-performing investment professionals
Represent SSV Capital PLC at investor meetings, events, and strategic partnerships
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
Essential
Proven leadership experience within investments, wealth management, brokerage, or financial services
Strong track record in capital raising and investor relationship management
Excellent commercial awareness and strategic thinking abilities
Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products

Existing investor and industry network
Experience leading high-performance sales or investment teams
Financial qualifications or regulatory knowledge
