We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrative & Legal Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working 2 days per week.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience working with legal documentation or within a professional services environment. You will play an important role in ensuring documentation is managed efficiently and that key administrative processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and circulating legal and business documents.
- Chasing clients and stakeholders for signed documentation.
- Monitoring outstanding paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
- Raising and processing invoices.
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties.
- Ensuring documents are filed and stored accurately and confidentially.
- Liaising with internal colleagues and external contacts in a professional and timely manner.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Confidence in following up with clients and stakeholders to obtain documentation.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
