About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Level 2 Spa Therapist to join our team at an exciting stage, supporting the launch of a brand-new luxurious spa environment. This is a unique opportunity to be part of creating an exceptional guest experience from the very beginning.
The role involves delivering a range of high-quality treatments, ensuring outstanding service standards, and contributing to the development of a premium spa offering. You will play a key role in bringing the spa to life, creating a relaxing, welcoming, and memorable experience for all guests while upholding the highest levels of professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
Set lakeside and designed to feel a world away, our exclusive alfresco Wild Spa offers therapists a truly special place to practise. Four beautifully designed treatment cabins sit right on the water’s edge, with a unique lakeside relaxation tipi where guests slow down, breathe and restore balance. Alongside a thermal journey featuring sauna and cold plunge, a 25-metre outdoor pool, and our 150-cover lakeside restaurant, it’s a setting that elevates every treatment and creates a calm, nature-led guest experience. Phase 1 (July 2026) launches with a stunning core treatment menu, with Phase 2 introducing signature Rituals in England—creating exciting opportunities to grow your skills and be part of something new from the very beginning.
This role is working a minimum of 16 hours per week, 2 days over 7 days as per a rota, between the hours of 08am and 8pm, with scope for additional hours during high seasons.
Please note that ESPA training is scheduled to commence from 22nd June for a two-week period, and therefore candidates will be required to be available to start from 22nd June to take part in this essential training programme. This will ensure all therapists are fully aligned with ESPA standards and prepared to deliver a consistently exceptional experience to our guests.
