Due to continued growth within our Corporate Operations team, we are now looking to expand our professional and talented Corporate Services department to support and shape the future demands of our business. Founded in 1976 in Australia, Kip McGrath has been helping primary and secondary school age children all over the world to improve or extend their learning. The Corporate Services Assistant will be responsible in supporting the Centre Manager and the wider corporate team to achieve and deliver on corporate performance and growth through assessing and general support administration. The role requires a team member who operates in line with Kip’s key initiatives, objectives and strategies, ensuring that all tasks adhere to best practice methods and provide the necessary support for the successful growth of corporate services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customer enquires converting to assessments
- Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
- Onboarding of new students to assist with the growth of the business
- Regular contact and liaison with parents, guardians and schools
- Regular reporting to the Centre Manager
- Monitoring and responding to day-to-day queries and general administrative duties
- Complaints - ensure all complaints are processed by representatives in a timely fashion
- Provide accurate data entry with enrolments and financial accounts
- Assist in the scheduling of students and tutors
- Offer re-enrolments towards end of bundle
- Incident reporting to the relevant department
- Effectively resolve all technical issues parents log during live online sessions/ tutors during in-centre sessions
- Write and send birthday cards, postcards, certificate and other occasion cards.
- Support delivery of lessons as directed by the Centre Manager
- Centre key holder
- Pediatric Level 3 first aid support
- Ensure each Centre can run operationally on a day-to-day basis in accordance to Centre standards

Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience of business admin experience
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance (working with children)
- Desirable Experience:
- Marketing and social media experience
- Experience within a education or franchising environment
- Experience in Safeguarding & H&S
To support the full operation of the Centre, please note working patterns are typically 12noon - 8.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per year
