Maintenance Operative
Location: Halifax, HX2 6HU (must live within 10-mile radius )

Calder Construction & Shop Fitting Ltd is an established construction and maintenance company specialising in retail shop-fitting, repairs, and new build works for a major national retailer.
Due to continued growth and a strong forward workload, we are looking to recruit experienced Maintenance Operative to join our expanding team.
Role Overview
You will work across a variety of maintenance and shop-fitting projects in a fast-paced environment. Work will mainly cover the M62 corridor and North Wales, with occasional travel across the UK.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
- Competence in a range of trades (e.g. joinery, basic plumbing, patch plastering, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Flexible approach to travel and working hours
