What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Running your own section during service.
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
- Assisting with stock control and reducing food waste.
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
- Helping with menu development and seasonal specials.
- Working closely with the team to deliver outstanding food and service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
- Passion for fresh, quality food.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
