Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced MIG and TIG Welders to join Rittal CSM, a global leader in industrial manufacturing based in Plymouth.

Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Produce high-quality, precision welds to specification.
Follow strict health and safety procedures.
Work collaboratively to meet production targets.
Proven experience in MIG and TIG welding.
Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Reliable and team-oriented.
Willingness to undergo a basic DBS check.
£17.45 - £18.46 per hour.
Afternoon shift only.
