Programme Manager – Fibre Build Programme
We’re seeking a Programme Manager with strong experience delivering large‑scale construction programmes using structured methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum or Agile. You’ll oversee the full project lifecycle across our Fibre build programmes, driving robust planning, KPI‑based performance management, stakeholder alignment, and operational readiness for go‑live. This is a high‑impact role requiring clear governance, risk control, and the ability to coordinate complex, multi‑team delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, control, and close‑out

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks using effective controls and early‑warning systems

Produce clear reporting: progress updates, risk registers, financial tracking, executive summaries

Identify project challenges and instigate working groups if required

Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and industry standards

Coordinate design changes, work allocation, and progress tracking

Act as the primary point of contact for all programme matters
What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Programme Manager on large‑scale construction projects

Demonstrated ability to manage full project lifecycles in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments

Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project controls

Proficiency in Microsoft Project

Experience with early‑warning systems and proactive issue resolution

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail

Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus

Eligibility to work in the UK
