Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to adults with autism. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the well-being, safety, and independence of clients with diverse needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through personalised support and care.
Duties
- Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Assist with medication administration following prescribed protocols
- Support clients with meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any concerns to the supervising staff.
Requirements
- Previous experience in care, assisted living, or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate compassion, patience, and understanding towards clients' needs.
