Our Service Coordinators work with our Engineers and Service Managers to organise the repairs and maintenance of Security and Life Safety Systems. Your role is to make sure that the jobs are logged, appointments are booked, the engineers are where they need to be and the faults are fixed within the contracted response times. You’ll be there to support them and the service managers, dealing with any problems that might arise and finding solutions, ultimately ensuring that the customers is happy and kept informed at all times. OpenView specialise in the servicing, maintenance and installation of Security and Life Safety systems across the UK.
You and your background - It’s a fast paced environment, where no day is the same, a role where you have to organise your team therefore you have to make decisions and keep people informed. You must have exceptional communication and administration skills with a keen eye for detail, be organised and proactive, take ownership and find resolutions.
